Cancellation Policy
BOOKING FEE also known as “deposit”>> This fee covers your allocated time and is NON-REFUNDABLE regardless of the reason for cancellation.
LATE POLICY>> Please be inside the salon at the time of your appointment to kick-off a relaxed start. Do not DM on social media or text regarding your arrival status. Kindly CALL if you're running between 1 to 14 minutes late. After 15 minutes, your appointment will be cancelled unless given the “ok” via phone.
RESCHEDULING>> The only way to to reschedule is online. Please do so at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any fees. We honor a one-time courtesy reschedule. You cannot reschedule the same original appointment more than once. However, you can submit a new booking fee for a new appointment.
24-HOUR NOTICE REQUIREMENT>> A minimum of 24 hours' online notice for any appointment cancellations, otherwise you'll be charged 50% of the scheduled service price.
SAME-DAY CANCELLATIONS>> Canceling your appointment on the same-day will result in you being charged 75% of the scheduled service price.
NO-SHOWS>> If you do not show up for your appointment and do not CALL to inform us, your booking fee will be forfeited and you’ll be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
EMERGENCY SITUATIONS>> We understand emergencies can happen. If you have a legitimate emergency that prevents you from attending your appointment, please CALL us ASAP and we'll review your situation on a case-by-case basis.
APPOINTMENT CONFIRMATION>> We'll send a reminder via email and text 48 hours and 24 hours prior to your appointment, if you book in advance. Please confirm and ensure your contact info is up-to-date whenever booking.
