Hi beauty and welcome to Dior Beauty Box!💞 We're a boutique African braiding salon of talented braiding stylists who specialize in box braids, bohemian braids, knotless braids & senegalese twists. We're OPEN 6 DAYS A WEEK for your convenience & can't wait for you to come in for an African braiding experience in Sandy Springs, Georgia! BOOKS OPEN every 15th of the month @10am EST. Dior Beauty Box 1, 2 & 3 are the same. Please read this entire note: -BALANCE must be paid in CASH unless using Buy Now, Pay Later. If you're using Buy Now, Pay Later, deposits are paid regularly using your credit or debit card. Your balance will be charged using your Buy Now, Pay Later option upon arrival before starting your service. -*Standard style length is *Mid-Back for most. Be sure to READ the style description by tapping the exclamation (!)point on the service. -You MUST SELECT your desired HAIR COLOR, HAIR ENDS, BOHO HAIR TEXTURE, etc...before checking out. -Braiding hair is provided for *all styles, unless stated in style *description. We do not use other hair brands. -Your natural hair length should be at least 4 inches mainly throughout to ensure your desired hairstyle is achievable & lasts. If it's 2-3 inches, please ADD-ON Short Hair to your service. If it's longer than 12 inches, please ADD-ON Long Hair to your service. -Please arrive with your natural hair thoroughly cleansed, completely dried, completely detangled & free of any hair products. We have the right to refuse service if hair isn't cleansed to our standards & you do not want the Shampoo & Blow-Dry add-on, time permitting. -TOUCH-UP & TAKEDOWN services are done Mondays, Tuesdays & Wednesdays ONLY. We do not touch up or takedown other stylist's work. -We do not touch up Boho hairstyles. -Hairstyles for girls ages 12 & up should book regularly. -No additional persons allowed in the salon who are not being serviced. -Photos & videos of our work are taken in the salon all the time which means you may be "caught on camera" & posted on our social media accounts. By signing the policy, you give us permission to do so. However, if you change your mind, that's fine. Cancellation Policy

BOOKING FEE also known as “deposit”>> This fee covers your allocated time & is NON-REFUNDABLE. LATE POLICY>> Please be on time to kick-off a relaxed start to your appointment. Please do not DM on social media or text regarding your arrival status. Kindly CALL if you're running between 1 to 14 minutes late. After 15 minutes, your appointment will be cancelled unless given the “ok” via phone. RESCHEDULING>> The only way to to reschedule is ONLINE. Please do so at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any fees. We honor a ONE-TIME COURTESY RESCHEDULE. You CANNOT RESCHEDULE the same original appointment MORE THAN ONCE. However, you can submit a new booking fee for a new appointment. 24-HOUR NOTICE REQUIREMENT>> A minimum of 24 hours' online notice for any appointment cancellations, otherwise you'll be charged 50% of the scheduled service price. SAME-DAY CANCELLATIONS>> Canceling your appointment on the same-day will result in you being charged 75% of the scheduled service price. NO-SHOWS>> If you do not show up for your appointment and do not CALL to inform us, your booking fee will be forfeited and you’ll be charged 100% of the scheduled service. EMERGENCY SITUATIONS>> We understand emergencies can happen. If you have a legitimate emergency that prevents you from attending your appointment, please CALL ASAP and we'll review your situation on a case-by-case basis. APPOINTMENT CONFIRMATION>> We'll send a reminder via email and text 48 hours and 24 hours prior to your appointment, if you book in advance. Please confirm and ensure your contact info is up-to-date whenever booking. NO CONTACT VIA SOCIAL MEDIA REGARDING APPOINTMENTS>> Social media is not a reliable source as we've seen IG crash more than once.
